Terms of Service (“Terms”)

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the “Service” operated by Gemma Loves Marketing.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Hours of operation

Usual operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm.

Any projects requiring a short notice turnaround across evenings, weekends or holidays would be pre-agreed at an additional rate.

Closed on all British national holidays.

Availability

Please refer to the Facebook page/Google business page for up-to-date opening hours. Exceptions to these hours will be based on prior agreement. We will try to provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any changes to availability including holiday. In the case of sickness this will likely be unavoidable.

Communications received over the weekend will not be actioned until Monday (this is from 4pm on Friday, inclusive of Saturday and Sunday, until earliest 9.30am Monday). The same applies to UK national holidays (Christmas, Easter, UK Bank Holidays).

Payment

Via Bank Transfer (Pay Pal and cheques are not accepted).

Changes to terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
