Don't let your audience forget about you by neglecting your newsletter. Not everyone is on social media, and social media could be switched off at any time. Build your database of subscribers at every opportunity, and I'll write the engaging content that gets those email opens!
I can help you:
- Craft regular, impactful and engaging newsletters that people want to open when they see them land in their inbox.

Email Database Support

- Segment your audience so you can send specific emails to specific groups.
- Provide a list of bounceback emails to be investigated.
- Remove the pesky spam sign ups.
- Action requests to be removed (those that don't click Unsubscribe).

Investing in marketing expertise
Every project is different. The minimum commitment I ask for across a project or long-term agreement is one day per week of support (8 hours per week). Projects are set at an agreed rate and timescale, fully scoped and quoted, contracts exchanged, and invoices sent at the end of the month with 7-day payment terms. All work is carried out remotely unless agreed otherwise.
Communicating with your customers
Jennifer Avila, Founder, Chimney Farm International Dog Rescue
“I was luckily introduced to Gemma via one of her clients. Gemma came highly recommended as reliable, prompt and great at what she does. Running a small dog rescue takes up a lot of time and I needed someone I could rely on to compile some newsletters for our Guardians regularly. I wanted a professional newsletter to highlight the rescue work we do. Gemma started the newsletters a few months ago and I can thoroughly recommend her services. Gemma keeps on top of me and makes sure I deliver to our customers and produces great work. 100% satisfaction.”
On top of marketing developments
Craig Jenkins, Founder, Tame Your Garden
“Gemma is very proactive, creative and comes up with great suggestions on how we can gather content whilst we’re out working that she can then use to create posts for social media. Gemma worked on our previous website and the newer updated version to make sure potential clients understand how we can help them and to help us generate more new enquiries. Gemma has done a brilliant job supporting Tame Your Garden over the past 10 years through her knowledge of digital marketing and social media, I would recommend her support to any business owners.”
